Celebrating Thena's BD at the Diva Craft Lounge

  Thena was a guest at the Diva Craft Lounge today and I got to tag along.  We just missed meeting Rayme at CHA but we got to meet him today.  What a nice guy!!!  Watching the Diva and Rayme at work was far too much fun.  I won't be able to listen in the future without remembering all that goes on along the sidelines.  Truly a great experience!  Jan and Tara were in the studio as Thena's birthday was celebrated with cupcakes, flowers and gifts.  I had never met Tara but she was a delightful person and I enjoyed visiting with her.  Be sure to listen to the archives if you didn't get a chance to catch the show.

Simple Scrapbook's Party

One of the highlights of CHA for me was being there for the Simple Scrapbook's 5th birthday party.  It was a fabulous celebration and we were there early enough to get prime seats!  Stacy had her new little baby with her, what a cutie she is!  There were cool prizes to mark the 5th year of the magazine.   Huge chocolate bars, soda bottles with personalized labels and a calender with a group picture on the front were coveted by those lucky enough to win them.  Everyone got an oversized pencil and some yummy cake.  Happy Birthday Simple Scrapbooks!!!

Dream Street Girls

The ladies that design Dream Street Papers are  a nice group of young gals with lots of energy that pops off their paper designs.  Seeing them again at CHA was lots of fun.  Here are a few of the pictures I was able to get of some of them.  Wish they had all been there at the same time but here is Tracy, Kelly and Dana posing with either Thena or myself.

                                

Diva Craft Lounge Broadcasting Live

The Diva Craft Lounge broadcast the show from the NSA booth at CHA.  Diva Danielle, Veronica (of NSA) and Jan Mollet Evans hosted the program with Rayme (in San Diego) and Thena joined in on one of the segments.  They gave indepth details of countless new products and I'm certain I learned more from them than I did firsthand!  The hour just flew by!  If you missed it you can go to the archives at this link.   http://www.worldtalkradio.com/show.asp?sid=199

CHA Anaheim

Thena and I drove to Anaheim Sunday morning.  Actually, we followed Don, my DH, who decided to help us with boxes and luggage.  After checking into the hotel we went to the convention center.  It was vast!  It's amazing to think of the number of businesses that were there.  It can be an opportunity to meet a huge number of really nice individuals and Thena works her little heart out to do just that!      CHA is both an exhilarating and exhausting experience, which makes us so happy to get there and just as eager to get home!!!

Thena and I just returned from Memory Trends and though we are both feeling our age right now we certainly had a wonderful time visiting with everyone!!!

Introducing Myself

Hi, my name is Sharon Hammond and I have been having a great time creating  digital downloads. They can be found over at Bluegrass Publishing.  There are some free ones as well as kits for a nominal charge.  Many of you probably already know this, but in case you don't, I am happy to tell you that Bluegrass has just published Thena's latest book, "C is For Christmas".  As in the past, Thena has  some very touching poems that will enhance your Christmas enjoyment and this time they have included a digital Cd with the book.  It includes some templates as well as individual embellishments and backgrounds for you to create your own cards, paper crafts or scrapbook pages.  Looking forward to visiting with you on a regular basis, so come back often.
